The Hippo House did her best to maintain her composure but eventually the overbearing audience wore her down and she fled into the night.  Her whereabouts are currently unknown.  Anyone who sees the whimpering beastess about town is urged to not attempt apprehending her as she is wounded, frightened, and a slightly rosier shade of gentile aqua than normal and may lash out if approached.  Call your local animal control dispatcher and maintain your distance.

Baron Von Tone, on hearing about the behaviour of the plebes and parasites who inhabit the sticky cauldron across the street from Uncle Fatih’s pizza promised swift and disproportionate retaliation for anyone  he encounters at the wedding wearing skinny jeans and wide rimmed glasses.  So I guess we have a dress code now…. hopefully we still have a bride.

The Hippo House has made it clear to several staff whom are now in traction, that she desires not only your presence at the wedding, but your presents.  Her generous nature has also allowed us to offer a TWO DOLLAH discount on cover charge at her wedding.  The only stipulation is that the present must be either wrapped or have a pretty bow.

In anticipation of the Hippo House’s wedding this November, the Rio Theater has invited our beloved House With Hippopotamus legs to participate in a talent show on their stage.  You should come out and make cheerful noises in support!

“To my not-so-esteemed colleagues….

…I write these words as I lay sweaty and naked beside one of the most breathtakingly bearded beauties I’ve ever had the good fortune of soiling a mattress with. Since last Wednesday’s upset at the Revenge Of The Debris, I’ve replaced said soiled mattress with several bags of hate mail directing me to alternatively kill myself, kill  Justine and THEN kill myself, and pick up my inheritance from my royal relations in Nicaragua. The best advice I’ve gotten so far is that next time we must remember to kill the whole cast at the end of the show. After all, this IS Opera.
